By accessing or using our website, platform, products, services, webinars, educational software, workflow automation scripts, or purchasing access keys through buy.zess.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

The Services provide users with access to:

  • Webinars, workshops, and masterclasses

The Company does not execute trades, manage investments, hold client assets, or provide brokerage, exchange, custody, or fund management services.

2. Company Status

All trading activity is conducted solely through independent third-party brokers or exchanges selected and authorized by the user.

 

The Company does not receive, hold, manage, or control client funds or investment assets.

3.  No Financial, Investment, or Regulated Advice

The Services are provided solely for educational, informational, and technological purposes.

 

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes:

 

  • financial advice;

  • investment advice;

  • financial planning;

  • securities recommendations;

  • portfolio management;

  • tax advice;

  • accounting advice;

  • legal advice; or

  • any regulated financial service.

 

Any market analysis, AI-generated outputs, commentary, observations, scenarios, reports, alerts, or other information produced by the Services are intended solely to assist users in their own research and decision-making.

 

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating all information and making their own independent investment and trading decisions.

 

No fiduciary, advisory, agency, or similar relationship is created between the Company and any user.

4. Regulatory Status

The Company does not hold itself out as carrying on any regulated financial activity unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

Nothing within the Services is intended to constitute or should be interpreted as carrying on any regulated activity requiring licensing under applicable financial services laws.

 

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their own trading activities comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

5. Trading Risks

Trading cryptocurrencies, securities, foreign exchange, commodities, futures, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk.

 

Users acknowledge that:

 

  • markets are volatile and unpredictable;

  • prices may fluctuate rapidly;

  • losses may exceed expectations or invested capital where leverage is used;

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate;

  • automated workflows may perform differently under changing market conditions;

  • market conditions can change without warning;

  • technical failures may interrupt trading activities.

 

Users assume full responsibility for all investment decisions, trading activities, gains, and losses resulting from their use of the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and autonomous workflow agents.

 

Users acknowledge that:

 

  • AI systems are probabilistic rather than deterministic;

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for particular circumstances;

  • AI-generated analyses should not be relied upon without independent verification;

  • market conditions may change faster than AI models can respond.

 

Users remain solely responsible for verifying information before relying upon it.

7. Third-party Brokers, Exchanges, And Integrations

The Services may connect with independent third-party brokers, exchanges, custodians, market data providers, payment providers, and other external services.

 

These third-party providers operate independently of the Company.

  • does not own or operate any broker or exchange;

  • does not guarantee the performance of any third-party provider;

  • does not endorse any particular broker or exchange;

  • is not responsible for third-party pricing, execution quality, availability, security, or business practices.

 

Users enter into separate contractual relationships with all third-party providers.

 

Those providers remain solely responsible for the services they provide.

8. Trade Authorization

Where the Services permit automation through authorized API connections or other integrations, users remain solely responsible for:

 

  • authorizing all trading activity;

  • selecting trading parameters;

  • configuring automation settings;

  • monitoring trading activity;

  • enabling or disabling automated functions.

 

The Company does not independently initiate or authorize transactions on behalf of users.

9. Market Data

The Services may display information obtained from third-party market data providers.

 

The Company does not warrant that market data is:

 

  • accurate;

  • complete;

  • current;

  • uninterrupted; or

  • suitable for trading purposes.

 

Users acknowledge that delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies may occur.

10. Platform Availability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

 

The Services may become unavailable due to:

 

  • maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • internet failures;

  • cloud infrastructure outages;

  • cyber incidents;

  • exchange outages;

  • third-party service interruptions; or

  • events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

11. Experimental Features

Certain features may be designated as beta, preview, experimental, or early access features.

 

Such features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time and may contain errors or unexpected behaviour.

 

Users access experimental features entirely at their own risk.

 

Market analysis data, telemetry loops, and software summaries may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to data latency or third-party transmission bugs. The Company does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of any information presented. Artificial Intelligence technologies are intended to assist—not replace—human judgment. AI outputs can contain errors or logical variances. The user is forced to independently check and verify all data before initiating any external workflow.

12. Webinars and Training

The Company may provide webinars, workshops, masterclasses, and educational programs.

 

The Company reserves the right to:

 

  • change speakers;

  • reschedule events;

  • modify content;

  • substitute presenters;

  • cancel events where necessary.

 

Attendance does not guarantee trading success, profitability, certification, employment, or any specific outcome.

 

Unless otherwise stated, webinar recordings remain the intellectual property of the Company.

 

Participants must not record, reproduce, or distribute webinar content without prior written consent.

13. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Fees payable for Services are stated at the time of purchase.

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:

 

  • fees are non-refundable;

  • subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled;

  • users may cancel future renewals before the applicable renewal date.

 

The Company reserves the right to change pricing upon reasonable notice.

14. Eligibility

Users represent that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

15. Explicit Risk Acknowledgement & Capitals Loss Waiver

Zess.ai shall not be liable for any financial losses, capital deficits, execution errors, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the implementation of your workflows.

16. Digital Products, Non-transferability, & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, all purchases made through Zess.ai or buy.zess.ai are final, strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

 

  • Absolute No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery, activation, and accessibility of digital content, custom prompt layers, and automation frameworks, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, lack of software usage, or dissatisfaction with private market execution.

  • Absolute Non-Transferability: All licenses and software access keys are strictly assigned to you as the original purchaser. You are completely prohibited from transferring, reselling, sharing, or re-assigning your account credentials, workspace access, or software keys to any other person or owner. Any discovered account transfer will result in immediate termination without eligibility for a refund.

17. Privacy

The Company processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

By using the Services, users consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

Where applicable, personal information may be processed by trusted third-party service providers or transferred across jurisdictions for operational purposes, subject to applicable data protection laws.

18. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labour disputes, cyber incidents, internet failures, telecommunications outages, cloud infrastructure failures, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the user concerning the Services and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Services.

21. Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

22. Assignment

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms.

 

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without the Company’s prior written consent.

23. Amendments

Zess.ai reserves the right to revise, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its website, products, services, pricing, features, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. By continuing to access or use Zess.ai or any related services after such amendments have been published, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of our services.

24. Intellectual Property & Private Use License

All content made available by Zess.ai, including software code arrays, visual prompt formats, masterclass training videos, system presentations, graphics, and course documentation remain the exclusive property of Zess.ai. Users receive a personal, single-user, non-transferable license to implement and customize these frameworks for their own private research workflows. No content may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or white-labeled for commercial purposes without prior explicit written permission.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

 

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless the Company elects to refer the dispute to arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
